"I was really excited to have finally been able to organise a reading and looked forward to it with an open mind.

I was immediately bowled over by how much preparation had been put into our meeting and Katie gave me straight away information that I could understand and knew to be true, which included picking up on my excitement as I had waited a long time to find someone I felt confident enough in to book a reading with.
